CONSTITUTION OF A SIMPLIFIED SHARE COMPANY (SAS)

The Simplified Stock Company (SAS) is a type of company created by Law 1258 of 2008, characterized by being a corporate capital structure, regulated by rules that allow broad contractual autonomy in the design of the social contract, it also presents the possibility of that the associates define the guidelines under which their legal relationships are to be governed.
